The Automated Information System 'Applicant Online' was created for the purposes of:
● Providing foreign applicants with the opportunity to submit applications for admission to higher education institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as universities) in electronic form;
● Familiarization, university and specialty selection, as well as ensuring feedback;
● Creating a centralized record of submitted applications for participation in the competition, by automating the processes of collection and forming ranking lists of applicants.

To register for admission, the following documents are required:
● International passport
● Educational document (certificate, attestation, diploma);
● Application (after selection);
● Notarized translations of the international passport and educational document (into Kyrgyz or Russian);
● A certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the equivalence of the content level of education (after selection);
● Medical certificate (after passing the competitive selection);
● Application (after passing the competitive selection);
● Originals of all the listed documents, except for the passport, must be submitted to the university's admissions committee at the beginning of the academic year."
