● Providing foreign applicants with the opportunity to submit applications for admission to higher education institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as universities) in electronic form;

● Creating a centralized record of submitted applications for participation in the competition, by automating the processes of collection and forming ranking lists of applicants.
